Sattar Khan residential apartment project has been built on a land with an area of ​​240 square meters, comprising of 10 units. The important point in designing this project was the small width of the building, which required a practical design to make the most of the available space. It was also considered neutral and formless to maintain the relative visual calm of the neighborhood. The use of green space and its expansion to the building facade is one of the features making this project unique.
